My recent stay at this hotel was an incredible experience, largely due to the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warmest welcome from the wonderful woman at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, surprising us with a very big free room upgrade and even giving us a tour of the facilities despite being busy. Her helpfulness extended beyond our check-in process, as she was always available to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. The room itself was stunning, with breathtaking views made even better by the upgraded corner suite. Prior to our arrival, I had contacted the hotel for help with securing a difficult dinner reservation, and Anthony made it happen for us with ease. His thoughtful gesture of sending us a wonderful handwritten note and complimentary bottle of sparkling upon arrival was a lovely touch that further enhanced our experience. The rooftop bar is a must-visit, and the restaurant bar offers an impressive array of drinks and bites that are not to be missed. In addition to the excellent service we received from the front desk and bar staff, the doormen were also incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with umbrellas for the day and offering to hold our luggage after we checked out so that we could continue to explore the city. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and unforgettable experience. The outstanding service we received from the staff truly made our stay a memorable one.

Superb location. Edge of Soho. Next to Canal Street express subway. Cute coffee bars and boutique shops. Fairly chilled. Hotel is at a great price point. Won't find anything close in a decent part of Manhattan. Staff charming. Lots of little corners to the hotel - different bars, eateries. Rooms quite sleek and intentionally simple. Don't come to NYC to stay in your room. Nice bar and restaurant options. Nice vibe overall. Decent music. Little touches that give it personality. Cookies at the front. Nice front of house/doormen. Guests are all fairly moneyed without being rich enough to drop more than $500 a night for several nights, so this as a $350-400 option picks up a bunch of fairly refined guests. Generally feels like a pretty premium product at a manageable price. Gave us a nice late checkout which was appreciated. I know NYC well and have stayed in various places. I will be returning here and am recommending it to my friends.

We loved our stay at Modernhaus soho. Attention to detail, cleanliness, discreet and attentive staff, good quality amenities and no carpet (which, along with the view, was the main reason we chose this place). Beds are really comfortable so imo sleep won't be an issue. View from the rooftop terrace is to die for. Veranda restaurant is great, can't recommend enough. Subway stops to just about anywhere

Great location close to nice bars, restaurants and shopping in Soho. The staff were really nice and the restaurant / bars on site were really good. The rooftop pool and bar is nice and it gets pretty busy at night on the weekend which was convenient. (you can’t hear anything from your room which is good if that’s not your thing). We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We were so happy with our view, it was super. We found the room was a bit small, but ok. The breakfast room upstairs was lovely. It was a wonderful place to just sit and have tea! We also had a wonderful lunch in the Veranda restaurant, and had a chance to sit in a tent (I can't remember what it was called), which was so cool!
