Location is amazing, Twenty Three Grand and Jimmy are also amazing. Room was spacious for New York and staff were great. We had an asking time, best hotel we’ve stayed in. 4 minute or so walk to Canal St subway, perfect.

It was a birthday stay and they took excellent care of me. Walked into a bottle of wine and a card waiting for me upon entry. My room was on the 15th floor, so stunning views. Was able to text with Caitlin at the front desk, who text me when my room was ready and was avail for any questions. Room service did a great job with my breakfast. Jimmy's - you can't beat the view and was a nice vibe when I went. Enjoyed Twenty Three Grand bar as well. Just overall a fantastic stay. Location ini Soho was perfect

The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating. The hotel location is perfect and has easy access to various subway lines. The hotel rooms are modern and clean and the beds were soooooo comfortable, which was very necessary after running the NYC marathon.

The views are amazing if you get a Manhattan Corner room. Rooftop bar is also excellent and we had great service from everyone here throughout our stay. The breakfast was great with a lot of healthy options.

Modernhaus Soho exceeded our expectations with its prime location in the heart of Soho. From its second-floor terrace, it offers breathtaking views of the Freedom Tower and 56 Leonard Street. Further, The Venue also provides Instant access to the renowned Jimmy Soho rooftop bar, with its panoramic vistas of New York City. The Horizon Suite was spacious enough for four of us without feeling crowded, and the staff was incredibly attentive throughout our stay. The venue maintained a serene ambiance, making it the standout choice for accommodation in Soho. With many nearby bars, cafes, and high-end shopping options, we're already planning our next stay at Modernhaus Soho.

Great esthetics. Nicely done - it is a Modern House at its best, and the excellent contemporary art collection heightens the pleasure of well designed environment. The guest room is very comfortable and the location just genius. Everything just around the corner. Casual, No nonsense attitude of staff is nice - some more voluntary information wouldnt hurt though.

The location was brilliant for the avid shopper as the designer stores of Soho are steps away from the hotel door. The room had an amazing view to the south of the city and was just the right size for us. The hotel has a cool, arty vibe but still has the authentic New York feel. In room dining for breakfast was brilliant and they have a fine selection available - with very prompt and polite service. Kristy at the Main Reception was particularly helpful and provided us with numerous wonderful recommendations. Overall an extremely pleasant stay.
